Rather than comment in full on your observations, I would simply note that I have seen the effects you cite, and I think they have reached nearly (but not quite) the end of the line for serious gains... now we start gettting back to Small Caps and Energy again, IMHO, and when the Boomers see a move starting....well, it doesn't take much $$$ to move these sectors, and the Boomers do have a few $$. A Nephew of mine tosses out anything in his funds that has a relatively poor previous quarter (no 3 - 5 year investment horizon for him!) ..and buys whatever has had a relatively good quarter.. How do you feel about the small caps?...and did you have a chance to play in the 60's, when small caps were fun? Just musing...TSO (Aggies are Good!...keep repeating...Aggies are good!)
