I believe those number are coming from the earnings expectations and
growth rate anticipated for USRX. For year ending 9/97 eps expects
are $3.31 and growth rate is 33.67%. Multipling those numbers (assuming the growth rate equals the PE the stock can support) would come out to 111. Using 9/98 year ending estimates of $4.39 you would get 147.

What is your current feeling of the stock at 64?
