Wenzel's technology has become synonymous with quality and efficiency in drilling applications. The Company feels that it must protect its exclusive rights to use patented technology. The Company has obtained advice from legal counsel and a consulting engineer that our patent on certain proprietary technology may have been infringed upon. Based upon that advice, the Company has filed a statement of claim in the Federal Court of Canada against certain defendants.
