Dale, in response to your comments about Terry Alexander. If my memory is correct I remember speaking with NRT about this a long time ago. Their comments where that all his stock was relinquished as of March 97. He blew out all remaining shares the day the Maedel report initially came out and NRT traded 10 mil. The only position left that Alexander has is escrow and that will be cancelled at expiration because NRT will not meet the earn out target.

Hope this clarifies things a bit.
