A Battle-Rattled Army

I hope the early-response approach helps our troops deal with post traumatic stress early, and not have to live with it.

My father was in Vietnam in 68. He says he just stopped having nightmares about five years ago or so. I hope these guys don't have to wait 32 years to come to grips.
