i got twisted in reply to last question about toomey who ran for senate and forgot about governor race with Rendell. No idea if Swann can win. I do know Rendell has put a budget together without helping out mass transit, education,, and did not request a tax increase although with those items we will need a tax increase of some kind. Not a very good example of a governor who plays his cards straight with the public. what he is trying to accomplish is to have the state reps kick his budget back with the increases in it and cause a tax increase. then he can run and say it was the republicans who caused the increase in taxes... g
