Votes on "redeployment" by Congress are meaningless

Why don't we redeploy Congress instead. Democrats think they are so great and the Iraqi parliament is so inept; we could redeploy ours to Iraq. It would solve multiple problems, not the least of which would be get the worst whiners out of our hair.
