You got something there. I certainly behave that way. And, the stocks already beaten down tend to resist further down moves better. Today
none of my - mostly technology - stocks moved more than twice the DOW or NASDAQ (2.33 and 2.23%, respectively). Some moved much less. So these seem to have been sympathy moves. I've seen more disturbing drops on many UP days.
