Saying our GDP is up after printing trillions is like saying my net worth is up after I get a new credit card and I spend it to the limit. yes, and it's actually even worse than that because often we don't have anything for what we spend, because we either give it away or spend it on economy worsening projects like cash for clunkers, tarp, etc..
