Seminole what are those narrow technical grounds?
I'm actually working today and have to rely on digests of the case. It is my understanding that Florida law spells out among other things, who can fill out an application for an absentee ballot, and I don't thing the Republican party official was mentioned in the statute as one of the valid people. That is the type of technicality.

The reality of the case, is then the votes could be included in a comprehensive settlement in which all the ballots are counted.
