How about "in an e-mail from.......". Surely you know the sender of the e-mail, or are you in the habit of opening unknown source e-mails and the danger of viruses and worse that are the possibilities from same. Congratulations on your cyber life of wild abandon. I hope you have a geek on call. :~)
