EDIT- looks closer to 20% MCHP/TLCM DEAL : By the way, if you do the numbers, tlcm has about a 25% premium coming, and if we do get a good nov/dec rally, that premium will be a while lot more. Current MCHP price = $28.75 Current TLCM price $13 Conversion 53% $28.75 x 53% = $15.23 price for tlcm Lets hopefully assume the chip sector rebounds nov/dec.....TLCM at $13 right now could be a big winner. Just my opinion of course..... keith
