I posted the part of the Amazon 10Q that was about as misleading as possible in my opinion. It is time the SEC looks into that accounting.

Randomly choose a loss number for books, DVDs and music. No expenses broken down. Expenses for all lines only broken down for the quarter but not conforming to GAAP. Fulfillment belongs in cost of goods sold. No question about that. oh well...
