Doug,

You tell me how much IBM or another company would pay to acquire EXDS if they stopped expanding today. I would assume that the cash flow alone, should they stop their expansion right now, would be worth much, much more than its current market cap to a giant company. Valuation should apply to relative market cap and cash flow at this point.

The same goes for many other Net infrastructure companies. Not for the rest, IMO.
