Actually I have documented proof of your friend Lady calling for help on the HSM board when the "bashers" attacked her! The admin closed the thread - and the LadyT said she doubted he would open it because he told her he thought CSHD was a scam. I tried to ask her about it - but no luck. I think the post you captured by LadyT was damaging to messageboards - esp. admin. - thus I am not surprised it was deleted. The SEC has a department that is dealing with this penny stock stuff and messageboard manipulation. I have been sending them info on a regular basis. I think the posters are in for a rude awakening if they continue to do what they are doing - encouraging others to send PR's to all news organizations. Do they understand the consequences and the liability for the damage they could do to a company as big as Ameritrade? Do they understand what Rufus is accusing them of? They are playing with fire. Especially when all their posts are subpoenaed by the lawyers. Truth time! Notice how Rufus was saying the INVESTORS were going to sue? He is setting them up and they don't even realize it. There go their Porsche dreams! He basically did the same thing with Stocklemon and OurStreet - wanted the INVESTORS to press charges. This is the one area where I feel Rufus knows exactly what he is doing. I think it is possible for a jump up if the daytraders want to play this - but still no S4, 10K. Like I said earlier, my guess is it will be a NT 10KSB on Sept 29 after hours - and the excuse will be the new auditor needs more time. Interesting they didn't mention that other auditor that resigned for very specific reasons on the FHAL filings. Gosh I need this to be over! I really have stuff I should be doing!
