Paul, If Friday is the earliest you can get the LiveChart problem fixed then you are truly in "damage control mode". I would like to speak with an executive from your company and suggest to him that if authentication is the problem, then you should make your real time LiveChart service available WITHOUT AUTHENTICATION until the problem is resolved. This is such a simple temporary workaround that I am stunned that your executives have not thought of this. As an alternative you may want to consider not billing your paying customers for this month. I've got to believe that giving your services away for free for 2 days is a better choice. This is "customer relationship" 101. The money you will lose by giving away the real time quote service for free will not compare with the money lost as a result of lost customers. Chris
