TROPIKA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

STRONG REVENUE GROWTH TO PROPEL TROPIKA

The Investor Relations Group is pleased to introduce its
newest client, Tropika International Limited ("Tropika")
(CDN:TPIL). Tropika is a fast growing, leading edge
Internet company with three distinct business opportunities:
online entertainment, financial services and e-commerce
solutions.

Tropika has seen tremendous growth in the last year,
achieving many significant corporate milestones. Fiscal
1999 saw $20,360,858 in sales, a 5,400% increase and
record year for Tropika. In August of 1999, Tropika
completed a $1.4 million private placement financing, in
addition to the $4.3 million raised last year. Additionally, in
their efforts to pursue a US Exchange listing, Tropika
recently filed their Form 20-F Registration with the S.E.C.

Tropika's online entertainment sector has enjoyed many
successes this year. In August of last year Tropika
launched their first licensed Internet casino and today
operates 12 world-class gaming sites. In a recent research
report it was estimated that there are 14.5 million Internet
gamblers worldwide. Industry experts show that 1999
Internet gaming revenues will almost double to $1.2 billion
from $651 million and are forecasted to reach $3 billion by
2002.

Tropika has also been rapidly expanding their financial
services division. Their recent acquisition of Royal
Carribean Securities Inc. (RCS), an offshore brokerage firm
in the West Indies, facilitates Tropika's goal to provide 24
hour electronic trading on the Internet for international
business corporations and trust companies anywhere in
the world and on any exchange. Tropika plans to further
expand their financial services through secure online
banking and credit card services.

Tropika's latest initiatives have been in the e-commerce
sector. The Company has developed "Zorro", a
revolutionary software engine that will perform real-time,
online product and price searches of e-commerce sites.
The consumer will be provided with the most cost effective
online shopping available. Zorro's dynamic and interactive
architecture is unique to the industry and can be used in
virtually any cost analysis situation.

Through a broad offering of services and a strong
management team, Tropika has built a foundation for
growth and represents an exciting investment opportunity.
