The link doesn't work for me. I get

500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

To display the picture in an SI post you can either

Click on the picture icon to the right of the youtube icon. Type the url of the picture (the image url not the page url) in to the space where it says url. Then click on insert.

or you can

Download the image to your PC. Click on the picture icon. Click on the browse button. Browse to your picture and double click on it. Click on insert.
