Agree with you, James S. Just making some OMKT noise.

Takeover rumor business seemed like an opportunity to raise interesting questions and encourage debate.

What's interesting is the prospect of aggressive OMKT patent claims given INTC's litigious history. You just couldn't ask for a more strategic investor than INTC. The deep pockets of INTC and CMGI don't hurt, either.

Think the management thing will sort itself out. Market's vast. OMKT can't possibly fail, but it's a bumpy road.
