I've come to the conclusion many years ago that republicans simply fabricate a belief system using tidbits of truth added to mountains of lies. Every Sec. of State generates what we can easily call classified information. Rice, Tillerson and Powell used unsecured phones, Powell used AOL. Trump used gmail. Tillerson is still using an unsecured phone. Which email address he uses is irrelevant since his phone can be used as a tracking device and it can be listened in on. A few weeks ago they finally banned all cellphones from the West Wing because Kelly's phone had been compromised many months earlier. The central issue is simple. Why hasn't Congress created secure cellphones?
