What struck me as 'funny' was the 14 hours duration. Must have been exhausting even if fun for any of the individuals involved.

As long as the alleged victim did not offer resistance, would say he has a good case to make the opposing side look totally stupid.

Winning the case is altogether another matter, because the cesspool of officialdom stinks, a given.
