Debt is good.

Ask any banker.

The US has a skilled labour pool. They are over regulated, and over priced for the world market. Things have to settle out. Imbalances cannot go on forever.

You don't see much industrial innovation in the US. They are incapable of coming out with anything like the Tata car. It is partly labour, but mostly will and the labour market.

Debt and intractable social and business issues have loomed for a decade. We have been warned about the spiral and the credit crunch for years now. It had to come home to roost and it has.

Where have all the dollars gone, long time passing, gone to bad loans every one, all gone away...
