Q: Sony's Memory Stick Is Sandisk waiting for the Lexar Lawsuit decision to start pressuring Sony to settle? Reading the Sandisk Patent in question, it would seem that Sony may be in violation of the Patent as well. If Sandisk's Lawsuit against Lexar is successful, a deal with Sony could send this stock through the roof (even through a Tech Stock-catastrophy like these present times)
