IMO Carter will be recognized as the 'Potentially the greatest President' in the last four decades..only to be Bush-wacked by his very own CIA director. Without a second term his Energy conserving policies were not allowed to develop traction. With a second term, the US would not have needed to steal mid east oil; the brutal Empire in the making could have gently died and the US would have continued to be a world leader in Quality of life, innovation with new techniques and technologies and dare I say Cultural evolution?

but, had he got a second Term he may well have met the same fate as the Kennedy brothers at the hand of the dark forces operating with your tax dollars under the guise of Black budgets. (its to important for you to know how its spent!) .
