CIBC update- looks like it is a server problem in B.C. . A few clients in B.C. have not been able to access the CIBC site . Everyone else is able to sell their stock and run away . I did manage to phone them and sell some stock at a year low, they gave me the discount rate even though the problem was not theirs.

Now why did I not sell everything in Aug and sit this market out ?
