Now there's a surprise :) Toll is the worst of the worst. The best BS artists in the biz. THeir construction is the bottom of the barrel but they do a great job of marketing. They have an attitude like no other. They will crash and burn. Just look at the insidr sales at the top of the market, while they were telling everyone it was differnt this time and baby boomers would drive the market higher, the top execs were cashing out.
