Wouldn't it be great if companies like Intel spend all the money to get the new plants on line and then AG succeeds in throwing the whole thing into reverse.

I've been thinking the same thing. In the WSJ this morning they are saying corporate profit growth slowed in the first quarter, still growing but at a slower rate. They blamed inflation, wage growth. Most companies see the way to increase profits is to become more efficient through technology, but this shortage of parts will certainly lead to inflation within the technology sector. A double edged sword, IMHO.
