Wily, <do you think on-die or in-the-same-package (MCM) OUM (assuming OUM happens in time) could solve the memory bandwidth problem?> I'm not very familiar with OUM. Isn't it just faster non-volatile memory than Flash? I don't think that has anything to do with normal DRAM or the memory bandwidth problem related to it. Are you talking about Embedded DRAM or something like it? Tenchusatsu
