That’s what Hezbollah’s decision to openly advocate Syrian occupation means to the people of Lebanon. Hezbollah is a gang of terrorists, and a gang of collaborators. Will it become a shooting civil war? It already has, if those reports of “pro-Syrian gunfire” in East Beirut are true. We have to be careful to not become too jubilant regarding internally proposed changes in the politics of several ME countries and their effect on the WOT. At best some of the changes are in their infancy and still unproven (Iraq and Afghanistan). The others are still all talk and negotiations and everyone should know most Arabs can negotiate forever. For them the art of the deal is always more important than actually concluding a worthwhile deal. The WOT itself is still in infancy. "We have miles to go before we sleep." uw
