Oh yes, the SWG debacle (and the yes or no of ramifications for ZNC.TO), widely discussed on SI last year. I thought you had news re: more recent legal developments. If not, the situation remains as before: ZNC has had some very good exploration results but remains unloved as long as investors do not know whether those lawyers hunting SWG could get their hands on ZNC.
