7 Percent of subprime mortgages are in default. Millions more of 2/28 loans are scheduled to reset in 07. The Home builders (stocks) Hitting NEW LOWS and dropping like flies. No end in site. The rats are fleeing the sinking ship. The stock market is a leading indicator by 6 months minimum. Housing [defaults] are going to get worse. A lot worse. IMO. Is this the deciders fault? Prob not. Will he get blamed? Yes. No doubt.
