US bankers have been printing money like toilet paper (by making an entry in a ledger). They wrap the money in to Funky Housing loans and re sell the paper. (collateralized debt obligations) Nothing to stop any third world country from doing just what the Clowns on Wall Street did. Oops. My bad. As the guy from Basis Capital said. "They just goofed." Ooops. Keep an eye out for the TICKING time bomb hedge funds. Will they blame the decider? Prob. Is it his fault. No. Meanwhile back to iraq drama...
