Frank, this isn't directed at your post specifically.
There have been several comparisons on the thread of USRX versus ROK in terms of share price, P/E ratio, EPS, trading volume, etc. These are two totally different companies, and none of those attributes are comparable, in my opinion. Maybe a comparison to TXN would be valid, but not to USRX.
Rockwell's share price is not going to move materially based on 56k news events. They are far too diversified for that to be a significant issue. Of course, the same is not true for our good friend USRX.
To be clear, comparisons of modem technology, customer base, deployment issues, etc. are very much warranted, but that's as far as the comparison goes.
