other than a stock, do you have any assets (say a car or a house or your own business) that you would sell for the mid 40's when you knew an extremely knowledgeable and well-heeled investor had just offered to pay you 70? or would you say, "hey, i'd better take a careful look at what i have. if he's offering 70, maybe it's worth more."
