Under the terms of the agreement, Symphion will use Active Software's ActiveWorks(TM) Integration System as its core e-Business platform to rapidly integrate
customers' Web, front-office and back-office applications including enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), databases and
mainframes, in manufacturing, telecommunications, call center, ``dot com,'' real estate, application service provider, co-location and other industries. Through the use of
