To anyone on the board;

Does anyone have input on these questions. I emailed them to Staar to get answers. Any help here would be appreciated.

Dear Investor's Relations;

I hope you can provide me with answers to the following questions resulting from the review of you latest investors package.

1) The article in "Ophthalmology Times" indicates that the phase 1 trail included 10 myopic and 10 hyperopic patients. Is any information available on the hyperopic patients results? All recent press releases provided information on the myopic results only. Has FDA approval been granted for phase II on hyperopic patients?

2) It is indicated in numerous locations that the Glaucoma wick will be submitted for FDA trials this year, but in another article provided with the package it indicates that the core FDA studies are underway. What is the current status of FDA approval or it not submitted what are the plans for submittal and under what format will the device be submitted to the FDA.

3) What is the status of FDA submittal on Staar's viscoelastic solution?

I appreciate your response to my questions and or notification of someone who I may contact to obtain answers to these questions.
