I wanted to thank Andrew Sicotte for starting this
thread back in May 1996 when TXB was breaking out
at $5. I was thinking that a possible way for the
company to avoid a secondary public offering
could unfold if the company could call in its
4 million+ warrants at .05 each, the callable
price subject to conditions. I don't know what the
ratio would be of those called/ to those warrants
exercised, but this scenario would raise alot
of equity.
Has anybody seen TXB's IPO ? I think institutional
sponsorship was meager and has tons of room to
grow, especially with this new found liquidity
and momentum.
