This could be true. It doesn't help to release news when noone is buying. The Celtic Minerals company attitude is that Celtic is at a great price for accumulation. Company president David Graham had a meeting with a U.S. broker who flew into Alberta to see him. With the type of chart Celtic has, sitting at it's year low, and the prospects, especially with Voisey's Bay looking so good, (Teck is drilling on junior properties), it is easy to see that someone who can really get behind a company and sell some stock would like Celtic. They are going to avoid companies that have already run up 75% or doubled, in my opinion.
