Biotech Trends: Biotech stocks in general moved up for the week ending 1/9/04. The AMEX Biotechnology Index (BTK) gained 1.31%, while the BioBizNet Select Index (BBNSI) soared 3.74%. Several stocks in the BioBizNet Select Index (BBNSI) gained over 10% for the week: JMAR, CPHD, BIIB, others (see biobiznet.com).
