I definitely agree with you . However, when you talk about 11 millions lines of code comparing to 40 millions of line of codes, well, I see major difference in capability of the code. Your assumption is based on that Microsoft R&D people are all stupid,
and they do not know how to write programs clean, and no redundancy. For a team who can develop Win95, Win98, Office 97 ...etc, I do not think they are dumb, of course if you are naive , then that is your own wishful thinking. How can you compare Mercede Benze with Dodge Colt ? As to the quality, well I have not seen the product yet, so, I am not in a position to give any comment on that. But what I know is a product with 11 millions lines of code does not mean its quality will be
better than a product with 40 millions lines of code. The design and features of Benze Mecede are more complex than that of Dodge Colt, but it did not mean the quality
of Benze is worse. |
