Jmac.I agree with you that nothing goes up forever without a break and yes I have seen this happen quite a few times with INTEL. I am even tempted to buy more of INTEL on margin. I have often stated that I have a great deal of admiration for this company and that is because of its fundamentals. What INTEL does and produces is not a fad but a blueprint for the mold technology will be for the next ten to twenty years. This is probably the one stock besides MICROSOFT that I believe you cannot have enough.

Getting back to Prudential, Many of the people there I feel are crooked and don't give a damn about the individual investors. They are predators who manipulate and rip people off. I was just talking a couple of days ago about INTEL to a few of their brokers and the day after, Prudential downgrades INTEL. I know what was going on and I am sure that you do to. Have you ever brought INTEL on Margin and would you at this price? Have you ever bought puts or calls on a buy or downgrade reccommendation??

Good luck to you and I am impressed with your enthusiam and insights you bring to this thread.

Regards

Frank Morris
