I wanted to respond to the Think Tank original post, but couldn't figure out how, and am not going to waste my time trying. So this will have to do.

Two suggestions: 1) Bring back the spell checking feature
2) Somewhere on a company thread link -- the company profile would be best -- give a link to the company's home page.
