I think it's an interesting concept, and they seem to run the business pretty well. It will certainly have appeal for working parents especially. But it is rather expensive, when you add everything up: I'd guess you'd end up spending an extra 10% on your grocery bills each month. Maybe a little less once you got the hang of ordering quickly. People unfamiliar with navigating websites may feel it's too complicated, and give up immediately. In the end I think they'll lower prices, increase the number of customers, and make money. But that stage probably lies several years down the road.

For now, I'd say to watch it. Maybe at eight bucks it'd be a terrific buy...
