Not after the general media pick up on the Wisconsin Sentinel story posted two days ago about the Wis AG seeking to help AOL customers obtain refunds for not being able to get on. I'd bet WI AG won't be the last either. FL, WA, and PA probably next. They were leaders in the "default to $19.95" flap. I'd also bet on a few big class action suits similar to the one AOL settled last year re. overcharging. Those lawyers won't let this much bigger opportunity pass without taking a shot.
