"Is your post news to this thread or has this particular action by the SEC against Ron Reece, and other GRNO players, been thoroughly discussed previously?" I believe that the action has been discussed thoroughly in the past. I don't believe the action is dated because the Judge took action on Jan 21, 1999. We can look at this as getting closer to closure in this whole SEC matter. Also, I hope this concludes the SEC investigation against Ron.
