If corporate taxes fall to 20% then I don't see why anyone who pays more than 20% doesn't become a LLC and pay the 20% rate. That would explode the deficits and debt (it nearly destroyed Kansas when they were that stupid). The IRS has a rule that allows LLCs to pay the corporate rate if it maintains cash reserves exceeding one year.

Regardless, I don't see how they pay for their spending when they're cutting taxes. They're not fiscal conservatives. They're irresponsible tax cutters.
