Great post about not being anonymous. I do agree that a non-anonymous poster is more reputable than an anonymous one. If you're telling the truth, there is not that much to fear. The only companies that get upset are the ones doing illegal things. When I exposed Westergaard on all of the boards for all of the companies he covered, he threatened to sue if I didn't delete and retract my posts. He said the papers were on their way. He even had me verify my address. Nothing ever showed up. His scam is outlined here mary.cc It's also kinda interesting in a way. I'll get the CEO calling me up yelling at me or offering me bribes to shut up. The CEO of BIKR, now UMCC, actually thinks that I broke into the company computer which is how I get all my information. He said he called the FBI on me and hired a computer specialist to look for me in their system. I told him good luck finding me in there. They didn't find me. Now he thinks I must be a REALLY GOOD hack when I just plain wasn't in there. I speak to their vendors, dealers, employees and customers to get my info. Any company that is so interested in their message board posts is lacking to begin with. A strong honest company shouldn't care unless someone is lying on the boards to try and create a pump or dump. Otherwise, what's wrong with people talking about the prospects of a public company in a public forum? Especially when you're just talking about facts and the truth. I'm not so insecure that I would have a problem with people talking about me either to my face or behind my back. Only if they were lying would I be concerned at all. Right now on Raging Bull and Yahoo for BIKR now UMCC there is one guy trying to do a pump and dump. He did a pump and dump last year on those boards. He knows the company is almost bankrupt and he has a lot of shares he needs to unload and there's NO volume. He's actually the old investor relations person for BIKR. He is going insane over there trying to tell people that I actually did the fake pump last year. I just kept posting that it was a fake pump, caveat emptor and nobody listened. There are so many fools out there who just want to believe they found a pot of gold. Then they get taken to the cleaners.
