Thanks g, P, A. I am slightly confused about the news releases. What does Lofts seeds, et al. get exactly? 2 million shares(at 8.50) and $17 million cash, OR 200,000 shares and $17 million cash? Unless I am really tired, and I am a little, I thought I read both those scenarios-one in the first, and the other in the second. Please help clarify. Misprint in the second? Great close today. We'll see how we respond for calendar year finish. I feel as though I may have found 2 other potential winners to round out a small cap portfolio. If interested-HHCA and SRCM. Both in neighborhood of 9's. Looking forward to more on the conferences. Thanks. Miller
