Allen:

Thanks again for all your comments from the H&Q Conference. I've been checking TechWeb, but see no official announcement surrounding the Mercedes design. Do you know if Mercedes has formally announced which commercial RTOS they will be using, or is this still subject to speculation? (ie. might they still be using a home grown OS?)

As long as we're focusing on the automotive sector, here are a few more questions:

1. Are there any other announced deals from the automotive world, besides the GM relationship and the Siemens controller chips?
2. Which chip makers will dominate the 32 bit sector that is likely to be used in automotive controllers (still Siemens, or a consortium of others)?
3. Finally, What percentage of WIND's future revenues (1998 and beyond) do you estimate will come from the automotive sector?

Regards,

Jason Cogan
