Could it be that the local people realize that the "rolling resource" method of operation will lead to an ever expanding hole in the ground? Could it be that they have read chieffy's and NC's discussions about how they see the project advancing and understand that chasing graphite veins means that the entire area staked by CCB could become part of the expanding hole? Could it be that chieffy and NC have scuttled the project with their optimism?
